After a racist, horrible experience at @AutoNationDodgeArapahoe it was a nice surprise how friendly, not pushy and easy it was to buy our brand new 2017 Ram 1500. Leo was a great, polite and understanding sales rep.(Although he does owe me a cell phone holder still). Paul, the manager on duty, worked the deal politely and fairly. Went there the salesman I worked with was great. Great guy but the people above him, not so much. Tried to undervalue my trade in, they offered to show me the trade in value they received, when I said ok I'd like to see it, they produced me with the GM since they knew they were undervaluing my trade by $2.5k. GM tried to tell me due to rebates the trade in value was off. Then he proceeded to tell me he wouldn't bullshit me and wants to take care of me because I am a service member. It was a positive visit for me. Much better than the other Dodge dealers I've had to deal with. My truck was ready when they said it would be and the tech behind the counter was first rate.

I bought a 2013 Ford fiesta 11-8-2016 with a car fax! Still under manufacture warranty and I bought in extended warranty! The car fax said my car had one previous owner. And 0 issues! But! since then the car has been serviced 8 times. I tired to trade it in because I feel like I'm wasting my money on this car. They bring me a different car fax that said my car had three transmissions put in before I owned it. And that they can't put me in a new car because I chose to buy a car with issues..
