Failure to respect my time. An hour job turned into a 3 hour job. Late picking my daughter from school. Simply not okay at all! This company must learn to respect and value the customer's time and not take it for granted.
Brought my Jeep in. Took them only two hours to do my cars software update, fix the recall, and mount my license plate. The parts department guy was very helpful with something I was looking into. But the service department has 1-2 people who talk and act like you are interrupting their day.

Larry H Miller Dodge in Cherry Creek has THE WORST service shop. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! 1) I called in on a Monday to make an appt to bring my car in. She. I brought it is I was trying to explain what was happening with my car. I let them know that when we took it to Midas and Auto Zone they couldn't find any codes so they recommended i bring it to a dealership. I brought my Dodge Viper in over a month ago. The only thing my rep Lisa has said that been accurate is her name! Nothing but excuses, first they can't find a couple parts. Great I find parts myself! Then they're not sure they can rebuild, and they can't find another engine. Fine, I find and purchase an engine myself and have it delivered to them! Then it'll be done this week? Then maybe next? Austin was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Called and had an appointment the next day. Finished the work on my car quickly. Would have been nice if they would have brought my car to me instead of having me walk into a big lot to find it myself.
