Even though the dealership is under new ownership it is still run with caring about the customer. My favorite employee Lisa Rondina always is top of things.

I bought my journey there almost three years ago and dealt with the salesmen Jesse who was fantastic. He made our buying experience fun and quick. I also service my journey there and deal with Max every time! I will admit when waiting for service it seems like it takes forever so I now leave my car there for the day for service and pick up the next day! Max is wonderful. He is sweet honest and won't steer you wrong on what your car needs or doesn't need.

I took my car in for servicing and talked to Lisa at 8am. I had my car done by 9am and they had checked everything out that I wanted checked and changed the oil and did a tire rotation! Lisa is very nice and helpful! I will go there again!!

Service department has the WORST customer service!!!! I bought my 2015 Durango in January of 2015 and my husband purchased our oil changes and tire rotations. I have went to have my vehicle serviced several times and NOT ONE of my visits were even satisfactory! It always takes 3-4 hours, even though each time they say max 2 hours. At each of these visits I have tired to be patient and understanding but at one of my more recent visits I was couldn't deal and was just FURIOUS!!!
