I took my truck in for a minor factory recall and an oil change, called twice during the day (that took 45 minutes and didn't actually get an update) to get an update. 8 hour later i assumed the work would be completed. Got to the dealer only to learn that nothing was done to it. So, not surprisingly, i was a little annoyed and asked to speak to the manager and to not bother doing any of the paid or recall work. 20 mins later i got my truck back but no manager. I a not one to write reviews usually, but thought I would share my experience yesterday. Yesterday I took my daughters Jeep to the Colorado Chrysler Jeep for an oil change, While I was waiting to be helped in the service department, I overheard the salesman talking to a customer on the phone, I could tell from the tone of the conversation that the customer seemed to be upset upset about work that needed to be done that was not covered by warranty.
