This dealership is full of crooks they sold my daughter a used 2011 Dodge Charger told her the car had a manufacturer warranty! But now they are not honoring the warranty because they didn't know the previous owner put in a after marker cam shaft. They want her to pay $4000 for repairs to the car. Worst customer service ever. Highly motivated and eager to buy. Instead insisted on playing games and blowing me off. Was even able to finalizing paperwork on the phone and put a deposit down as I was out of state. Stay away from this location. Even the salesmen (who lied to me several times about the particulars of the car and just seemed shady) mentioned that they are "changing ownership and trying to sell as many cars a possible". Recommendedwas in the area from out of town and my DEF system needed attention, called and spoke with Austin who managed to squeeze me into an already busy day. got me taken care of and on the road in 3 hours. hats off to Austin and tech that worked on my truck .
I went in to get the 5-7 recalls that are needed to repair my truck, service department said that they would need the vehicle the whole day, ,will call and make appointment to get the recall repairs done on my 2500 truck, ,, After leaving service. ... Cherry creek dodge is straight garbage!! There customers "service" is more like customer lying!! All they do is lie and swindle.. a bunch of ass holes work here and that's being nice!! Worst dealership ever!!
Absolutely the worst customer service. Brought our vehicle in for a recal. The brakes went out in our car. Was told they have no parts to replace it with. The parts they do have are the same parts that are breaking. Was told that they can't do that because if those parts go out they are liable. So what do they do they put those parts on the car. Called around to Dodge dealers to find one that could replace the front brakes and rotors on my brand new ProMaster that we have 4 of that are already failing from poor design ( 38000) miles . Rep says bring it on over I can get it looked at today. So we take time and two drivers to bring it over. The next day oh we're sorry we didn't have time to look at it. Two days later truck still stuck in back lot in snow . Just want truck back to take somewhere where they will do what they say.
I wish you could give a company negative stars because I would. Cherry Creek Dodge is one of the worst companies I have ever given my business to. The salesman and finance representative took complete advantage of the fact that I am a new car buyer. The rates negotiated were not the rates that I ended up with and there are hidden fees and deductibles tied into my monthly car payment that are supposed to be the "free" warranty service that comes with the car.
