Was told oil change would take 30-45 minutes. It 2-1/2 hours. But Austin was very apologetic and other then frustrated wife it all worked out.
Wow the worst sales manager I have ever run into... white bald guy named Keith I believe.. can't miss him... I was supposed to be getting a check for the difference I was owed from my trade in... that never happened... thanks a lot... next time I'll just go to Chevy and pay there prices... No more Dodges for me after this one... very piss poor of a manager he is... great way to get over on people...
