This is absolutely the worst car dealership I’ve been to in my entire life. We had a verbal contract with their manager Michael and also with one of their sales people Jordan, we agreed on price and we were in continuous communication with them. They promised us that the car was ours and they agreed to fix a tire that had a problem and we were waiting for the car to be detailed. I purchased a 100k Mile warranty for my truck they messed up and made it for 70k. I have a current warranty issue and have now waited over 2 months for them to fix the issue when they told me it would take a week or two at most! My boyfriend bought a brand new truck in April with the agreement that a tow package would be installed. When the sale was completed, he was told the parts were two weeks out. I had an oil change after got home i checked it was over a quart low . took it back they did not put synthetic in it either .they corrected the problem .but if I had not checked it could of had real issues!!!
