My last visit was of the back of a 111 cal I suspected my kidney stone had moved. I met the doctor explained everything and his word were… no no no u have no kidney stone. Prescribed me tramadol and sent me on my way with back pain 🤣. Straight up A&E as clearly the doctor did not understand me and sure enough a quick test showed I was passing blood. Great job
Awful GP practice, very, very difficult to get an appointment and lack of care towards patients. Go elsewhere if possible. Avoid.
The booking system is ridiculous for anyone trying to see a GP. I have been trying for days calling at 8:30 on the dot to get an appointment. All appointments are already gone and they say to book online but ‘new condition’ is always unavailable even when trying just after 8:30 as advised. It is ridiculous when you need to be seen as in discomfort but it’s not urgent enough to go to hospital. What happened to putting patients first and care of duty.
