VERY HELPFUL STAFF AND SPEEDY SERVICE⚕️
This has to be the worst GP in the whole of Luton. They kept saying they had no availability so I walked up there and it was EMPTY! Doctors are just scratching their arse all day? Please close this place down.
I've been with them since 2020 and at times it can be really frustrating as getting appointments is tricky. It's hard when you just want to ask the GP.a question or book an appointment for a few weeks time, but are told you have to go online at 8.30am and may or may not be lucky to get a slot. I've got conditions that do need to get checked out, but you put them on the backburner as they're not emergencies and you're unlikely to get a slot. Totally useless, they don't even deserve one star, but unfortunately you can't leave a review useless you do. the online system can't get any where with it, what is the point,
phoned up right on 8.30,told to use online triage service,tried that at 8.36am & it was no longer accepting any information requests,walked to doctors 10 mins later to ask for advice & 29 told the triage service was unavailable due to it being full up less than 20 minutes after surgery opened,reception was as unhelpful as usual,complete waste of time so I had to phone 111 twice because im waiting for much needed post hospital admittance pain medication.
