Absolutely wonderful Met Edward when we viewed the property very informative, friendly and professional. Laura was super helpful through the process, aided and advised throughout as our solicitors were shocking. Checked in with us and helped out with issues we were dealing with ( again with our useless solicitors) in all honesty I don’t think we would have got in our property if it wasn’t for the advise and and guidance from Laura and of course Ed. Shocking service. I drove an hour and a half to view a property in Great Yarmouth only to be told by the owner she had cancelled the viewing!! She was not impressed and subsequently removed the house from the market. No communication from the agent. Wasted four hours of my life plus did over 100 miles. APPALLING SERVICE.
