Popped in for a quick drink while we were in Bournemouth recently. Great little local with a good drinks selection and good evening entertainment. Staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. Cheers and we'll definitely be back next time we're in Bournemouth!
Loving the new energy behind the bar a change was drastically needed. Kim is a breath of fresh air. The kitchen is open serving quality meals at affordable prices. The entertainment provides a great range for all whether it be free pool and a quiz on a Tuesday to card bingo on a Thursday and live music throughout the month. The sport teams for both pool and darts build an inclusive culture that I for one want to be a part of. Such a shame that this local pub has changed so much. While we are by no means regulars, we’ve been popping in for a drink for many years and always experienced a warm and friendly welcome. Sadly our latest visit was so disappointing. There was a very drunk group, huge black dog and young boy in the bar. They were getting very angry and swearing.
