Quick response but $385 for 20 minutes to clear a grinder pump? I'm glad I watched your tech. (nice guy) so I won't have to call y'all again when this happens.

4 hours at $89 per hour to diagnose a heating issue and replace a warrantied part. Almost $500 bill. Another hours labor to install it. Too much!
Grant was on time, completed the needed repairs quickly and efficiently. He was professional and courteous.
