Kyle and Lantz were fantastic! They had a tech dispatched out to my house about an hour after I called to make an appointment. We’ve been struggling with the company that our home warranty sent out and Kyle had the problems diagnosed very quickly, he even spoke to the tech of the company that the home warranty sent out and let him know exactly what was wrong and why the other guys were wrong. Tim did a tremendous job correcting my problems. Fast, efficient & cordial. Lantz's has never let us down.
They come out right away, have knowledgeable plumbers who are friendly and eager to get the job done. We worked with Tim, and we will ask for him next time.
