I first was referred by my property manager a few years ago. Their staff is very knowledgeable over the phone, and are a family owned business. They are very responsive, and update you on the status of the technician prior to arrival. I can't believe how much expert advice, and thorough troubleshooting they provided on my bathroom plumbing and the way it is connected to my septic system outside, and determining what causing the issue. Called this morning for AC issues. Lady was very polite. Within 2 hours Charlie was out and fixed us up. Loved the text letting me know he was on his way. Price was fair and having a local person makes the difference. Thankful to have this business in our community.

We have known Josh Pulliam with Lantz's Lakeside Plumbing and AC for many years and he did an amazing job replacing our Sump Pump when it died a few years back. Recently, we had their tech back out to our house for another repair and again we were super pleased with the fast, fair, friendly service we received. We are always happy to shop local first. It’s easy to recommend Lantz’s Lakeside Plumbing and Tim Lamaak. After having three different guys try to solve a problem with one of my toilets, Tim fixed it quickly and completely. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. And the two persons I spoke with by phone were polite, friendly and eager to help me. Just cannot say enough good about these folks!
