The technician Tim showed up on time and called me when he was here and waited for me to answer the door. He solved my problem quickly and easily and I always have used their services in the past and always have been very satisfied.
My water heater exploded about 10:30 one night, water everywhere. The next morning I called Lantz's Plumbing due to them being very busy they couldn't get a technician out until the next day at 9am. Today at 9am Tim Lamaak arrived right on time. He explained why the old heater was not under warranty and then answered questions about the new one. He arranged for the new heater to arrive and came back and installed it, just so we would have hot water tonight. Thank you Tim and Lantz's Plumbing.
Tim Lamaak put my mind at ease with noise from my grinder pump. He was so nice and courteous. Lantz gave me a great deal and I intend to use them from now on!!😀
