Called Lantz’s Thursday late afternoon to schedule an air conditioning service appointment. They were very cordial is setting the service tech to arrive at 8 am Friday morning. Sure enough I received a text that tech Charlie Brown is on the way. Charlie got here at about 8:30. Happens that he had installed a ductless AC for us about 10 years ago. Charlie check the unit out. Was little low on Freon. Added what was necessary, checked for leaks. I could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend Lantz’s.
AC capacitor went out this morning and with my house on the market and potential buyers coming I was in a huge bind. Lantz's cheerfully took my call and dispatched a tech on a Saturday within the hour. He was very courteous, professional, and took care of the problem at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend!!!
Tim Lamaak put in a new Grinder Pump for me and i highly recommend him and Lantz Plumbing.
