Love the kind and caring staff in Memory Care. Would like to see more staff available to help those who require feeding assistance. The girls do a great job overall and I am pleased to call many of them friends.
someways the lantern can improve is by not playing favorites, and stop firing the best people u have there. by far the most shittiest place ive ever worked at. i would not recommend. very understaffed, atleast when i was there. they didnt take good care of there residents.
The Lantern facilities, in general, are ill-equipped to think outside of the box when working with residents that display less than desirable actions and behaviors. Understaffed facility that has high turnover and untrained caretakers that go through the motions of providing subpar care at best.
The Lantern lifestyle is how all assisted living facilities should be. We should be taking better care of our older people, especially this generation because they helped build America and make it what it is today.
This facility is understaffed. Resident rooms are not cleaned as much as they should be. Resident's belongings often go missing because other residents go into rooms that are not their own and there is not enough staff to stop this. Resident's laundry is constantly being mixed up with others. Nurses and aids are not attentive to resident's needs. I see all these reviews, saying wonderful things, and I cannot understand that.
