Liz is a very experienced and gifted practitioner. I have seen many acupuncturists over the years, after just two weekly sessions I felt an increase in my energy levels which had previously been extremely low due to adrenal depletion and being perimenopausal. I will definitely be having a monthly session from here on. I highly recommend Liz.
This woman is a witch, and also my mother. Saying that, I used to have really terrible hay-fever, but after finally agreeing to have a couple treatments i have very little to no hay-fever.
I have known Liz for so many years. I always go back for another session. Lis has helped me with back pain , ear inffections, menopause systems , indigestion, you name it. Definitely, I recommend Liz . Kind and welcoming lady. Very good listener, too. I have also use some of Liz Chinese Herbal teas. Can't wait to be back again Liz .... even to just align my body to my own energy. Thank you
