We commissioned Langstaff for an extensive package of joinery as part of the renovation of our family home in the belief they were a top tier joinery company that could deliver a complex high end project. They have missed every single delivery deadline they promised and we’ve just been informed (a week after the scheduled finish of the project) there will be a six week delay in completing the contract - for delivery of a kitchen. We had a new kitchen installed last June. I spent 6 months looking for the optimal designer, materials, manufacturer and installer. I probably spent more time thinking about the kitchen than the rest of the house. We have an open plan with adjacent living room and dining rooms.
