It is wholly unacceptable that this building does not cater for elderly and disabled people who can't climb steps. My 90 year old Dad's appointment was cancelled today as they would not allow him access to the building presumably on "health and safety" grounds despite my simply asking for help getting him in. He was left quite distressed although fortunately I managed to find a clinic elsewhere. I do not blame the practice but the owners of the building who need to fix this.
