Originally I thought what a good company Oh how poor workmanship, a lack of reliability and costly repairs to put right a bad job can change your mind. Thank god the business is no longer trading don't touch the owner with a barge pole you'll regret it
Would not recommend this company at all. They have caused me and my family months of unnecessary stress. Full of false promises as well as verbal violence and aggression. I chose this company as I wanted to support a local business. Even when going through a small claims process they have agreed to put right their failures but failed to do so. Absolutely nothing positive too say, Damaged caused to property that Aaron accepted fault for. Has had multiple chances to come and rectify but has ultimately wasted our time. Numerous texts and emails but either ignored or arranged dates and nobody turned up. (Not talking weeks but MONTHS now) Not a cheap job (Infact almost top end of the quotes received) Going to need to go down a small claims court. Avoid ! Brilliant job on our property, the team are clean, polite and couldn’t do enough for us. Could not recommend more highly, all the neighbours have been out asking about the roof and wanting theirs done too so that speaks for itself, A* job lads
Didn’t turn up to look at the job. Didn’t call to let us know he wasn’t turning up
