My cousin Kay has been a resident in this home for almost a year now and I have nothing but praise for the staff and management with the way this care home is run. They are caring and loving towards my cousin. We are always welcomed with a smiling face from the staff. I always observe the staff taking the utmost care of the residents. I have worked in nursing homes for over 20 years and I rate this home very highly.

Since our mother was placed here in February after the sudden death of our father, we have been visiting regularly and, although obviously there's sometimes small issues that we need to address, on the whole, my sisters and I are completely overwhelmed by the kindness and attention my mum receives from all the staff. I cannot fault any of them... they're all delightful, kind people! Our mum is happy and well looked after. Very happy indeed!

Please note these people lie, my mum has fallen about four times, the last time she broke her hip and had to have an operation to fix it, she will be in hospital over Christmas, the nurse said when x-rayed she has done a proper job of breaking it, they also said she has pressure sores, and they feel that may be neglect. we had to get the police involved. as the manager said the attendant stopped her from hitting the floor, the hospital has issued a safeguarding concern. they told the police the CCTV does not work.

I have nothing but praise for management and staff at this care home my dearly loved cousin is a resident there and I live in the North East of England I speak to her on a daily basis as she looks forward to hearing my voice and I hers the staff are lovley kind people and nothing seems to be a trouble to them in fact I feel as tho I have also got a new set of friends in them keep up your good work it is much appreciated by me and my family and Betty always seems happy and content thank you Iqubal and staff Maureen x
