Very professional and caring
I've lived in UK for 18 years and this is by far the worst surgery I have ever been registered with. First time I went to register as a new patient the receptionist had a very hostile attitude towards me saying how they are almost full and soon they won't accept any more patients and trying to convince me to go and register somewhere else (even though when I checked online the surgery was accepting new patients).
