Had our Semi-Annual Maintenance today. I received a call from Courtney letting me know the technician was on the way and within 15 minutes John pulled in. He has serviced the unit before and was pleasant as always. We had Land72 add a Mitsubishi unit upstairs since his last visit and we are still pleased with it. Thanks again for the great service.
Everything they do is first class. From the time we get notification of their arrival to the final review of all services performed.
Lang 72 has always shown the highest standards of professionalism and we always look forward to seeing our Tech Rep Chandler. Chandler takes the time to explain in detail just what services he has performed and always offers and extra hand if there is something that needs to be done while he's there. This is how a business should be run leaving the customer satisfied knowing a job was done right! Kudos to Lang 72 Degrees!
Best HVAC company ever. The level of service provided by Jesse, my previous tech, and Joseph, my current tech, is outstanding. I have had lots of HVAC issues since buying my place in 2004, and they have always responded promptly and professionally, even on holidays! They have explained things to me in layman's language, and even when a big expense has been involved, have helped me understand my options. I feel like I have a relationship with this company not just a service agreement.
Excellent service and great customer care! Our sytem died a horrible death a while back, and Lang 72 Degrees came to the rescue! It has perforemed very well since they replaced it all and have not failed to be on time for all of the service dates...Thanks for putting the customer first!
