Such a great company! 24/7 service is SOO convenient when the A/C stops working in the middle of the night and you are in a pool of your own sweat and CANT get back to SLEEP! The technicians are well trained and very knowledgeable. And the receptionists are no exception. I've spoken with Summer plenty of times, and she's been ULTRA helpful each and every time, no attitude, super patient, and super kool!
Langs 72 Degrees is definitely the best! When I placed my call I got a real person; who was very friendly and swiftly took my information down. I received a call within a couple of hours from the technician letting me know he was headed my way. The technician was very nice. He even wore shoe covers to protect my floors! He found the issue, had the part on his truck, fixed my system, & had it back up and running! Langs is a wonderful company!
