After our initial shock that our system was failing wore off, and we realized that the parts were covered under warrantee and they were willing to work with us on pricing and payment, we were very pleased with our services. Chandler, our technician, was very professional and described everything he was doing every step of the way. He checked and rechecked before he left to make sure everything was back on line and cooling properly. Even offered to change our light bulbs and smoke detectors! We couldn't be more pleased with this company and their employees. Our A/C went out while we were out of town and the service technician (J. Bullard), had it running like a champ when we got home.

The maintenance guys from Lang's are always friendly and informative. Did you know they will help you with little repairs around the house when they are doing your routine checkups? How cool is that?
