Lang 72 Degrees is the only company you need to call if you need heating and a/c service. They are outstanding. We had an air conditioning emergency after hours. Not only did a real person answer the phone when we called, but they sent someone out right away at no extra charge. They installed a new unit for us. All the work was very professionally done. I can't say enough enough about the staff, follow-up, and professionalism of Lang. I'm a vacation property manager and HVAC units always seem to die during very inconvenient times. Lang has always been quick to respond to maintenance calls, they provide accurate evaluations and are extremely helpful in determining the best solution. Thank you Lang 72 degrees! My AC broke last week, called few other places and was told that since I hadn't purchased my AC from them they couldn't help me. Called Lang and AC was repaired that day. I even signed up for the service plan. If/when I need a new unit, I will purchase it from these guys. Very helpful, quick service.
Professional and courtesy installation team. They worked extremely well together and each performed their duties with a team focus. Minimum inconvenience ,arrived earlier then scheduled which was appreciated, and finished the complete installation, heat pump air handler, thermostat and duct work with no issues. My home was cooling 5hours later, awesome job. Will recommend to friends and others for A/C maintenance.
72 Degrees did a great job installing our AC unit. They were prompt, courteous and efficient and we would, and have, recommended them to others
Very professional organization. Installed AC/Heating unit and earlier redid duct work and air filtration system with a minimum of inconvenience. In addition I was reimbursed for paint I needed to touch up one wall spot.
