I have a maintenance contract with Lang and have been very satisfied with all personnel I have had contact with.
Our service rep today was Devin Loper and was on time , extremely polite and did a great pm on our equipment. He found a problem that in the near future would have resulted in a service call. Fixed and suggested future changes that we will have done next spring.
Could not be happier that I found such a great company to service my heat pump. Came quickly, knew what to look for and fix it, great service, great people.
We could not have asked for a better experience! From our first call on a VERY HOT saturday evening when our AC broke, we promptly had a technician over to our home and was quickly able to fix the problem in the short term, that Monday we scheduled a thorough cleaning and knew that our 15 year old unit needed replacement. 5+ stars Langs has been a blessing and God send. They have gone above and beyond anything we could have asked for when getting our AC fixed. Jesse has worked so hard for us to help as much as they can. Dana and Michael are our two favorite technicians, they are always so helpful and professional. Amanda and Summer are just amazing. The team at Langs 72 degrees is the most amazing. I will never be able to say enough good things about them. We will never change!!
