A/C stopped running during the night, I called a couple different companies and I felt they just didn’t want to be bothered. From the moment my call was answered I felt like it mattered to them. We had a technician come out today named John Hogue who was very knowledgable and professional. We have had humidity issues in the home and wanted a second opinion. He was very thorough and made sure to explain the issues to me and what needed to be fixed within the AC system. Lang 72 Degrees was prompt and made sure to call before they headed over and the customer service representative in their office was very polite compared to other companies I have spoken to in the area. I would recommend this company.
Prompt service, very courteous serviceman with clear explanation of what was done to the units. Helpfulness in things like changing light bulbs, moving furniture, etc.

Sometimes the office calls to see if I was satisfied with the technician’s visit. I told Chandler,the tech, they don’t have to call, because I’m always pleased with their service! Lang’s is the best!
