First experience with them today on phone while trying to join practice and they were very friendly and helpful I hope the doctors listen and are as helpful as the receptionist was today
If I could give Sarah a minus 100 for her terrible service I would what a terrible service this girl gives it’s so unfortunate to have to deal with people like this when you have no other option think there is a high need for training in empathy and understanding it so disheartening that this is the service that’s provided to hard working tax payers that help pay the wages of these unhelpful people who work for the NHS and give other helpful people a bad reputation x
17 minutes on hold just for the call to be cut as soon as I get through to reception. Not the first time this has happened either. Poor customer service as usual.
