Very professional, polite, punctual and tidy would highly recommend.
Recently had a new boiler fitted by Lanes Heating and would highly recommend their work. Very professional and courteous. Have also had a new shower fitted by them. Very happy with their work.
Chris turned up when he said to assess work required to replace hot water cylinder and thermostat electrics etc.We agreed a quote and work done on time cleaned up after him and came in slightly under budget.
Chris has been extremely helpful over the last year as our boiler slowly died, with same-day visits to repair it when it stopped working. He replaced it for us recently with a quick turnaround and no fuss. No problems since. Highly recommended.
Chris proved to be very prompt, professional and reliable, He explained simply what was involved, making a return visit before starting work to make sure our concerns were addressed and put our minds at rest. Worked hard relocating the gas boiler as the old system was very challenging. The job was done without fuss, mess and made as convenient as possible for us. We would highly recommend Chris and without hesitation will employ him in the future.
