Called in an emergency, got the receptionist I'll take your details and someone will get back to you. I got an email saying we're working with our contractors to get your issue resolved. Or something like that, haven't heard anything in a week. The only reason I called them is because they're registered with checkatrade. That don't mean didley squat.
