I wouldn’t use these guys, broke a roof ridge tile & didn’t even tell me. They replaced it with an a completely wrong tile. They also said they would point the chimney where needed but they clearly did no pointing. They refused to do it & resulted in me needing to get another roofer to rectify. The lead work also look quite questionable. Not at all happy
Landmark provided us with a quotation for a roof repair in early March 2023 which we accepted with the start date of June 1st. On May 30th the company contacted us to say that they are running late and will be "100%" with us on the 9th of June. On the 9th of June no-one showed up, the contact number we were given went to voicemail, local land line "unrecognized".
