Absolute waste of time and totally unprofessional and not to be trusted. In the 5 months since my property was listed by them, they have not once followed up on progress or explained why there have been no viewings, and the reasons for this. An email sent to the agent asking for an update after 8 weeks of no progress after the property was listed received no response.
