its a minor thing but it dose bug me a little. You give the pay as you go customer's that bring their cars in for maintenance little bonuses for coming back all the time to get their service. Those of us that did the prepay maintenance package don't seem to get any little perks showing your appreciation for a good customer once and a awhile. Probably you think we will be back no matter what and you already have our money. It's not a big thing just a thought from a customer that has been coming to you for 20 years.
Diane made the experience very nice. She took care of all the details and made the purchas very simple
Jered did an excellent job taking care of the software upgrades to the Sync System and the hands free lift gate. I was impressed that he offered to provide me a loaner car since the service might take the whole day. It took them longer than they planned to deal with the issues, but they kept at it until it was completed. This is the second car that my family has purchased and had serviced at Landmark Ford. We have always be impressed with the service and care for the car Landmark has provided.
