As always, our service manager takes good care of us. We were in for oil/tire service and fix a door handle. We've gone to this dealership for over 20 years.

First service call on a new F150. First time to be taken care of by Kyle and found it very enjoyable
I brought my car in because the front wheels had a shimmy and I thought it might need wheel balancing. The Brown Team determined that one of the tires had developed a defect which caused the shimmy. Since the tires were 7 years old I asked for a price on 4 new tires. Since I had already gotten prices from other places the price quoted by the Brown Team manager was competitive and we went ahead. Your drivers got me to my home in short order and picked me up likewise. The new tires are working well.
