The works oil change, new brakes and roaters, and a new battery. As usual great service.
David and the Tan team are awesome. They found a problem with my truck that was a warranty item on a routine service appointment. They got me in and got it fixed. Your service dept is what keeps us coming back. Also both girls we have dealt with in the rental department are excellent and always do a great job!
Very quick. I was early and they took me right away anyway. Nice to have coffee available in waiting room.
It is always very easy at Landmark. It is well organized and they try very hard to keep you updated with how things are going and how long of a wait you will have

Excellent service - James was expecting me, greeted me by name, and new the purpose of my visit. He was aware that additional warranty work was required and immediately offered me a courtesy loaner as the work would require up to 4 hours to complete. This was a great example of excellent customer service, and ability to put the customer first. I highly recommend this dealership!
I WENT TO MY APPOINTMENT WITH DO DELAYS. MY TRUCK WENT INTO THE SHOP AND THE TEAM STARTED WORKING ON IT IMMEDIATLY. I SET IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR HALF OF THE EXPECTED TIME AND WAS TOLD MY TRUCK WAS READY WHICH PLEASE ME A LOT. I WILL BE BACK FOR ALL SERVICE.
