I've bought multiple cars from wynn ford and I will not buy another. They are indecisive, lack problem solving abilities, and unprofessional in working with me on the issue at hand. I'm still trying to resolve my problem with the dealership as I write, with no one with true decision making power stepping forward after 3 months back and forth
From the moment I walked in, until I signed the paperwork I was treated with respect. Bruce worked hard to find me a vehicle I LOVE in my price range. He took the time to listen, and never tried to push me into a car I did not like. Everyone at Hertrich Ford of Easton was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Hertrich to my family and friends!
I really didn't want to give these guys even one star. After purchasing a "certified" used car from them, I have had nothing but trouble. Had the car for 4 days and the fuel system started acting up. Then they wanted me to pay for half of the repairs. Don't buy a car from them!!

the service center isn't very helpful or do they know how to treat customers. their stories on what is wrong with your car keeps changing. they want you to fix the car for them. they don't care. the service manager corwin will tell you anything to try and shut you up. all I can say is read all the reviews from all web sites and you can judge for yourself. my wifes car had 3000 miles on it and the front strut went out. they fixed it they said. the car still makes the noise and is getting louder. at 5000 miles we took it back ... read more
