Good work completed fast
I had a great experience with my visit. Jered from the Green Team went above and beyond my expectations in helping me with my FORD F-150 Lariat Running Boards. My running boards were corroding very bad and the vehcile was not 3 years old but had over 36000 miles and hence the "warranty" was not valid and FORD was NOT going to cover new ones. Jered understood my position in that these running boards are not a typical wear item and that FORD should stand behind there product better. He went out of his way to work on my behalf ... read more

Had a great experience. James is a great service advisor and we really like working with him. I like that he takes the time to go over what is needed and explain to me what the service entails. He also gives me accurate estimates of costs.
My consern was satisfied.
The work was done quickly and completely and included a free car wash. After the service was complete I asked about the possibility of obtaining a wheel cover which had been lost a few weeks ago and I was directed to a person who found one for me. I was very impressed.
Everything went well. It was nice to have wi-fi in the waiting room so I could get some work done. I appreciate getting the car wash!
Getting some one on the phone to make an appt. was difficult. I finally called sales because I knew they would pick up!
