Excellent service as always from Mike and the Red Team
Very good, very professional. Tom Rayner was very competent and friendly. I was greeted at the front door and taken care of immediately. Quite a satisfying car-buying experience; very unlike ones Ive had in the past.
I brought my car in for its first oil change, tire rotation, etc, check up. The work was done quickly and I was out in an hour. The parts dept. also helped me find some accessories I was interested in.
There was a recall on My touch. So I brought it in to be done. I liked the fact that I Could bring it in early befor work and get a rental at the same time quickly and efficiently.
It was excellent in every respect, except having to use 15 words in this dialog box.
Very good, I felt I was listened to and the type of services I needed were understood. My car was ready and time and the cost was less than expected, so I was happy about that!
Steve reviewed my service needs with me. I waited for the car and the wait was short.
