Not sure how this building has such a high score. More likely landlords that they rent out and don’t live inside are submitting good scores to ensure they’ll keep getting their rents. Just stay away, yes great views but both towers have loads of issues. 1 whole month without hot water in November, the a/c hasn’t been working for years while ridiculous money has been invested to fix it and now it only works if it’s not too hot outside and it’s not being used by many flats. Excellent views. But the building has no air conditioning. In summers the apartment and entire building gets super hot like a furnace. On sunny days one cant stay in apartment from 2 pm untill sundown ( my rented apartment was south west facing). The building management has been saying since past 1 year (from June 2022) that the issue will get resolved ‘within a month’ but that ‘month’ has never arrived. Plus get ready to pay ‘A LOT’ for communal energy, water, electricity amongst other monthly bills.

Good complex overall with incredible views although Canary Wharf is being built up with more high rises so those views will go soon. Concierge quite good overall and helpful but building management is bad and even though there have been various attempts to fix that, they didn't come to fruition. There's a gym, car park/bike storage and a Tesco within 2 minutes. Still one of the very few with infinity windows around the area!
