Not sure how this building has such a high score. More likely landlords that they rent out and don’t live inside are submitting good scores to ensure they’ll keep getting their rents. Just stay away, yes great views but both towers have loads of issues. 1 whole month without hot water in November, the a/c hasn’t been working for years while ridiculous money has been invested to fix it and now it only works if it’s not too hot outside and it’s not being used by many flats.
