Worst customer service I have ever recieved. Ordered an XXL Brouler Charcoal on 28th March, 2-3 working days delivery. After much to-ing and fro-ing, an abrupt lady when I called to check progress, and failed delivery yesterday (they went to the wrong address), I recieved this email: I have had a look into this and unfortunately it appears that ArrowXL have now cancelled this due to not finding the stock for redelivery. Ordered a BBQ and cleaning tool. Order was dispatched arrived home and no BBQ just a cleaning tool. Package said it was 20kg which is clearly wasn't. Three days later second item was dispatched so I assumed that this would be the BBQ and they had spotted the mistake. No they sent a second cleaning tool. Unable to contact the company via phone and never heard back from the email support. Now going though paypal to get refund. Don't use this website at all. Total garbage
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered a BBQ through Argos, was sent a DPD tracking number, that doesn't work. Asked for an update, was told it's coming through BJS, called them and they don't even have my postcode in the system. Tried contacting Landmann for the past 3 days and they're unreachable, emails, call, nothing ever gets answered. Was meant to be here by Thursday, it's not Friday - thanks for ruining my birthday BBQ party guys, much appreciated.
