I wanted to evict a rogue tenant. My first solicitor took a wrong way of proceeding with my case and I was losing my time with him. I turned to Landlords Lawyer. Steven Conway who took my case, is very knowledgeable and experienced and I knew stray away that we would win the case. And we did. I got my house back. I would highly recommend Steven and also Ellie Stedmon who was helpful as well.

If it were possible to give them a zero star review I would, they are that dire. Avoid them at all costs, they are a bunch of cowboys. They will initially tell you its quite straight forward and then pile on the costs after this. If you need a professional legal firm go elsewhere. I initially spoke to a lawyer but later found out it was just a legal secretary. They are not a proper company. They will forward your case to another firm, which in turn will forward it to another, and the lawyers don’t come prepared to court. Before submitting the case, they don’t even proofread the facts. During my court sessions, the landlord's lawyers mixed up all the documents and calculations, making no sense and causing embarrassment in court.
