1.5 month waiting for certificate - with no response from Customer Support. Still waiting.... DO NOT RECOMMEND!
In July 2025 they claimed that they had sent the Landlord Safety Certificate back in Jan 2025—I had never received it, and no proof provided by them. Once they realised I used another company due to their professionalism. They suddenly started failing inspections without valid reason. Feels more like retaliation than genuine safety concerns.

Very bad service. Have been told I was going to receive a certificate and it's been 2 weeks now and still haven't received. Poor customer service and very unorganised.
