Very quick and efficient service! Transparent fees, was happy with outcome
I was faced with a defended claim, but they showed their expertise in handling this and winning my case. I was happy with the advice throughout the process and the fees were transparent. Shame the Court bailiffs take so long to evict tenants though.
If you'd like to evict a tenant or get any legal advice regarding tenancy matters,I would not instruct Landlord Advice UK at all.I have paid them over £3,000 since last year, but very disappointed&very frustrated with their terrible service.I'd pay extra money&instruct a proper legal firm & proper solicitors who are registered with the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority)& never ever instruct paralegals like Landlord Advice UK again for tenancy matters&evictions.This save you a lot of money&your precious time in a long run.... read more
