Nina Medina, leasing consultant is an amazing customer service representative. She helps no matter what time and what the matter is. The office staff in general are very friendly and accommodating. I have lived here for one year and just renewed for another year. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Thank you the landings for making my move from NY to NC a wonderful experience.

I’ve been living in the Landings apartment homes since December 200 and its going on 4 years for me. I live in a loft which is very spacious and the only thing I wish I had down stairs was a bathroom so people wouldn’t have to go upstairs and view my room. Everyone that works at the Landings is very professional and knows me by name, and if there is ever a need big or small the employees are always willing to assist. The location of the landings was perfect for where I worked on six forks rd. Mind you the apartments are a bit older, but for what i wanted it was good. I didn't bother the maintenance staff but when i did have an a/c problem they handled it. They didn't fix it the first time but after talking to Nina and explaining the situation she kept on them until they came back out. I wanna say it was about an hour after me and her talked. I'm relocating from Atlanta, GA to Raleigh, NC for a job transfer and I ran into The Landings. I was promptly greeted from the agents at the office and well taken care of. I have made other appointments at other communities that I will be cancelling due to The landings having great prices and great up keep on the community for it being an older apartment complex. I will and would definitely recommend anyone looking for an apartment in the North Raleigh area to The Landings.
I dont know about the other older reviews, but it is a great place to live. I have been here for almost 3 years and I love it. My neighbors are very nice and me and my kids are happy. I havent had one issue with my apartment.
Slum Village! Wished someone had warned us! – We moved into a 2 bedroom on Nov 1 2010 & have had nothing but madness! Roaches, fridge need to be replaced, no hot water in showers, toilet overflowing in hallway! They came 6 times to fix that & thermostat & they still didn't work! We paid a plumber to fix toilet & they wouldn't honor the receipt! We paid almost 200 dollars & we can't get our money back! They still charged us FULL rent! Don't come here! We stuck with a year lease!
Run, Run Hard, Run Fast... Don't look back – Moved in February 2009, September 2009 discovered my apartment was infested with bedbugs. Burned two beds, a sofa, a futon mattress and about half my clothing. Took my dog to the vet, lost two days work. Paid rent in October, November, December and January, yet never lived there. I moved there in February, thought it a very nice place, loved the layout, amenities, BUT have changed my mind. I have had nothing but a bad experience with them since. The maintenance IS LACKING. NEED EXTERMINATOR BAD, I told the renting office about someone running a cable wire from their second floor window over to the next bldg( which was damaged by fire) cable box and they have not done anything about it Maintenance crew just drive they golf cart right over the cable wire like it?s not even there.
