I’m totally finished with your service department. I have talked with a manager and I even talked with the service manager. Your service department is awful. I will not be buying my next vehicle because of them and because of my sales rep never following up after the sale. He even knew I was having issues. Pathetic!!! If you really care, have the owner contact me and I’ll give them an earful.
the service department is terrible, can't get any answers on my vehicle that's being repaired, they keep saying it'll be done by a certain day but then call back and they say they never even started it, and even trying to get them on the phone is a job by itself, horrible crappy service
