service department has been a problem since 2012 and hasn't changed. buy a car there but service it at heberts

Have a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has not moved in 3 weeks was told it would take 2 days since it was a recall also will not let us have a loner because they won’t get it in their garage 🤷🏼♂️ wouldn’t take anything here
Terrible experience with the service department for a warranty repair on a backup camera and blown speaker. I waited 3 hours for them to determine the speaker is blown and backup camera needs replaced (aka turn on the radio and try backing up). Now i have to go again when parts are in. I could have fixed the issues in a walmart parking lot with a multi-tool in less time than it took them to make that observation. Appointment times are irrelevant with this dealership! Theres zero chance I would pay for service here.
Horrible experience for out of state buyers. Took them a month after the sale to tell me they needed more information. Lost paperwork and kept insisting it was the third party licensing department. If you hire a company who doesn’t do what they are paid to do wouldn’t you take your business elsewhere? I know I will in the future. Left my comments with the sales manager and the BBB.
Bought a bran new Laramie dually has 8000 miles on it and it won’t go in reverse no big deal it’s man made it’s been in service for over a month I tried to get a loner to drive for the time being there out I call or go up there once a week and all they have to say is my transmission tech is lookin at it I mean how long is he gona look at it I need him to fix it
Terrible Service Department!
They are super nice prior to your purchase, but after that, forget getting even a simple question answered. I have called 10x and left 5 messages on 3 people’s phones in the past week. They won’t get my money again.
