I arrived at Landers late Wednesday afternoon , met a salesman named Tyler Cook, very pleasant, very informative and very professional. I was there for a particular sales promotion for The Cherokee latitude plus. He worked hard to get the deal made , called me on Thursday morning and said come pick up your new Jeep !! Landers service department is horrible,I’ve been waiting on a call back for 2 days they striped my lugs and no one can get it off to even put on my spare tire now every time I call Samantha the service manager never answers r even call back this is ridiculous ! I am beyond pissed 😡
