Landers has such great customer service. They really know how to make you feel at home. Great prices and even better employees!
They waited on me to drive from Hope, AR and we got there at 7:55 and they close at 8. They were very helpful and nice and made the whole experience quick and easy! I would definitely go back to get another car from them!! Thanks for everything Katie, Marshall & Jimmy!!
First off I want to say how amazingly easy our experience was at Landers. We went in only going to look at used cars that fit our budget but we were lucky enough to have a GREAT salesman that got us a fantastic deal on a ‘19 Grand Cherokee!! Stopped by today to look at used cars - we were “passed off” to an incompetent sales person who had no interest in helping us find what we were looking for and couldn’t even give us pricing (or any information whatsoever other than the fact that the vehicle had a spare tire) for the one vehicle we found and had any interest in. For those in the market for a new/used vehicle, I’d suggest skipping this dealership.

Best car buying experience that I’ve ever had.
They had my Journey from Dec 3, 2018 (I was 9 months Pregnant) - Jan 25, 2019 . They didnt diagnose my truck until Jan 2, 2019 (Had my baby 12.18.2018) and told me it was my thermostats. Come Jan 7, 2019 they called told that it wasn’t my thermostats after they replaced it and that it was my ENGINE 😡 they pretty much misdiagnosed my car had to replaced my engine which they rushed on , and coarse after being without my car for a WHOLE MONTH thats when they decided to give me rental and still had to pay 460.00 for the thermos... read more
