Been sitting here for over 2 hours for an oil change and there was only one other person sitting here with me waiting on a new tire and were still waiting

I took my car to them a few years ago. They supposedly fixed it and I didn’t even make it home till it overheated and left me stranded on the side of the road . I had to wait 2 hours for a tow truck. It was not over heating until they worked on it. Ended up costing me over $1400.00 by the time they were finished. Several friends have used their service center and it was a total nightmare for them.
I love working with Terrance Simmons as my salesman at Landers. He goes above and beyond when helping my family get the Vehicles we want. Between my dad and I we have bought six vehicles from him, we always get a good deal. Highly recommend Landers.

Me and my wife just bought her Cherokee from Ethan. He just started up there and did a real good job and is ready to sale some vehicles so go ask for him. I bought a jeep wrangler from Landers in July. took it back because a body panel was loose making a loud road noise. they kept it forever. had a note come due and still in shop. needless to say when I got it back the issue was not fixed. then the sun visor fell off. I have called and left several messages. no return calls. sucks I have a $50,000 jeep that will be a pos. also had to rent a vehicle for 4 weeks
Tyler Cook & Andrew Schurman are the absolute best of the best! If you’re looking for a new vehicle, those two are the ones to see!!! You won’t be disappointed!
