Feb. 14 had an appointment at 9am to get my speed Idle looked at. Because it read it was to high... left my Jeep there all day... Called to check on it no answer left a voicemail. No call back..... Went up there around 4pm and they haven’t even touched it.... The adviser told me that it wouldn’t be looked at until Monday.... Get there Monday... She tells me to come back Thursday the 20th.... I told her I had an baby appointment that day... She says to come in Wednesday 19.... I get there and she tell me the systems are down.... read more
